FMTPrime Limited is an incorporated Real Estate Development
and Investment Company established in 2017 with a mission to provide bespoke,
high-quality solutions to the Nigerian property market. Operating independently with its
own Board and Management, FMT Prime Limited (FMTP) focuses on residential real estate
development while also investing in related businesses and projects that align with its
core operations. These investments currently extend into the hospitality and facilities
management sectors, complementing the company’s primary focus on real estate.
FMTPrime Limited is a sister company to First Marina Trust Finance Company Limited
(FMTFCL). FMTFCL is a financial service company established in 1989 to carry out
the business of providing financial services to individuals and businesses in Nigeria.
